  • Note: Though reference image shows balloons on ceiling stuck individually, we will be using them in bunches. This will be cost effective as well as time saving. However, should you prefer individual balloon sticking on ceiling, our team shall inform you about the additional time required and an additional cost component.

  • Lead time: Orders placed between 10:00 am till 4:00 pm can be delivered the next day, with a set up time of 1-3 hours. Depending on the availability, the lead time may increase or decrease.
  • If you need the decoration ready before check in and if you have selected a decoration which is more elaborate (our team would inform you beforehand), we may have to extend your check-in time.
  • During your checkout, we may request you to let our team start the cleaning work before 11 am so the apartment can be setup on time for the next guests.
  • Time required for decoration: 1-3 hours depending on the type of decoration.
  • Decoration is not possible beyond 9 pm. After 7 pm till 9 pm, additional charges of Rs 300 will be applicable.
  • Cancellation: If order is cancelled 48 hours before delivery of decoration, full refund would be issued provided the order has been paid for.
