What are your offerings?

We offer products, services and experiences as optional trip add ons, which you could purchase from us after you have made your booking in our apartments on Air Bnb.

At the moment, we offer cakes, bouquets, photography sessions and room decorations as trip add on offerings. Please note that celebration within our property is only allowed (for registered guests only) if you purchase our decoration add on service.

How does it work?

Once you have booked your stay in one or more of our properties listed on AirBnb, you may visit this website and place your order for add-ons.

You will receive a payment request through your Airbnb app and once the payment is done, the order will be delivered during your stay in the apartment.

What is your payment policy?

Once you place the order on our website, someone from our team would contact you and send you the payment request on AirBnb app or a direct UPI link. You will have to pay the full 100% amount of the ordered product/service/experience to confirm the order.

Can I modify an existing order?

Please call us on +91 8168394877 to convey your requests. We will try for the modification at our vendor’s end and if possible, we will definitely fulfil your request.

Can I request for customised offerings?

We would love to create an exemplary stay experience for you.

What are the delivery locations for these products/services?

Our customised products/service offerings are deliverable only at the designed AirBnb property for which you have placed the order.

Any change in delivery address would not be possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders are deemed confirmed only once we receive the full payment. Confirmed orders can be cancelled upto 48 hours before your check in time (1 pm on the date of check in). Post that (if less than 48 hours are left) no cancellation is possible and a refund cannot be issued.

How soon do I need to place an order?

You may place an order soon after you have completed booking our property on AirBnb. Alternatively, if you intend to stay longer and would like to avail these offerings during your stay, you may place the order depending on the TAT (turnaround time) for each of the products (all mentioned on their respective product pages).
